My Interspire Shopping Cart isn't Emailing Order Confirmations

If you have installed the Interspire Shopping Cart in our grid hosting environment, you may find the application is not sending order confirmation emails. You should be sure it is configured to use our SMTP server.
Log into the admin area of your Interspire store.
Click Settings >> Store Settings >> Scroll down to the 'Email Settings' section.
Choose 'Let me Specify my own SMTP server details' and configure as shown below:
SMTP Hostname: mail.modwest.com
SMTP Username: type your Modwest username
SMTP Password: type your Modwest password
SMTP Port: 25
Click the 'Save' button.
