Modwest FAQ and Knowledge Base

Modwest's FAQ and Knowledge base intends to provide a quick and effective self-help reference.  Here are the major elements of its structure:

• Categories -- We have created categories that best group the available articles.  You can see the category tree on the left.
• Articles -- These contain answers and instructions to common questions or situations specific to Modwest.  Each article has the following pieces:
  • Category Tree -- The first line of an article shows which category contains the article.
  • Applies To -- Some articles only apply to certain account types; This line lists the applicable hosting contexts.
  • Interactive features -- Below the body, you'll find links to share the FAQ with others, vote your opinion of the content quality, and comment supplementary knowledge.  This knowledge base is not intended to be a forum, Modwest Customer Care will not be responding to questions posed in the comments;  Contact Support if you have a question not answered by the FAQ.
