How do I change my credit card or billing information?

First login to your Modwest™ OnSite Control Panel with your hosting account username and password.

To change your credit card that is being billed, click Manage Credit Cards from the top right column. Then enter new credit card information, including the street address and zip code where your credit card statements are sent, and select whether you want this new card to be your primary credit card.

The "primary credit card" is the only card that we will automatically attempt to charge during billing. If you have an overdue balance, however, and the primary card is declined, then we may attempt to charge any of the other valid cards on record.

To change other billing or contact information, such as the email address that all invoices, service notices, passwords and other account information will be sent to, click Edit Your Profile/Contact info. There you can change your name, company name, address, phone and other information.
